the lambic strawberry beer you recommended was delicious. yes, it was tart, but tasty. it was all the better out of the special glass you gave me to serve it in. thank you, Dave!!
Glad you enjoyed it. Hanssens is one of my favorite lambic/gueuze producers. They have found a really pleasant balance between tart/earthy flavors, and the natural fruit sweetness. When you come back we can talk about what aspects you liked/didn't like and find you something even better :)
